Refund policy
We want you to have time to live with a piece and decide with clarity. If it is not right, we keep the return process straightforward.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, returns can no longer be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items should be returned in original packaging where possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for final sale items, intimates and swimwear (where applicable for hygiene reasons), gift cards, or any item marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email support@polarys.shop with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case Polarys will cover return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement, especially for items in limited stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared, first check your bank statement again, then contact your card issuer or payment provider. If it is still missing after those checks, contact us and we will assist.
Sale Items
Both full-price and sale items are returnable within 30 days unless an item is explicitly marked final sale.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. Customers in the United Kingdom retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers in Australia retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers in the United States retain their rights under applicable state consumer protection laws.
