We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We do not ship to other destinations at this time.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT or on weekends and US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Carrier Services

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, Royal Mail, and Australia Post depending on the destination. The carrier and tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

Failed and Undeliverable Deliveries

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a carrier pickup point, the customer is responsible for any return and reshipping costs.

For US orders, no import duties apply. For UK and Australian orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your local authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
